Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the SportBuilds platform (the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old and able to form a legally binding contract to use the Service. Contractors represent that they are authorized to act on behalf of their company and hold any licenses required to perform construction work in their service states.

3. User Roles

The Service connects two types of users:

• Facility Owners — submit projects to receive matched contractor leads.
• Contractors — subscribe to the membership plan and receive project leads in their service states.

4. Facility Owner Responsibilities

As a facility owner, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and current information in all project submissions.
• Use the Service only to find contractors for genuine construction projects.
• Contact matched contractors in good faith and not misrepresent project scope or budget.
• Not resell, redistribute, or spam contractor contact details obtained through the Service.

5. Contractor Responsibilities

As a contractor, you agree to:

• Maintain an accurate company profile, service states, and specialties.
• Hold all required licenses, insurance, and permits for the work you pursue.
• Respond to leads promptly and conduct business honestly and professionally.
• Not contact facility owners about projects outside your matched service states, or use lead information for any purpose other than bidding on the matched project.

6. Membership & Billing

Contractor access to project leads requires an active membership subscription billed monthly at the then-current rate. Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. You may cancel anytime from the Subscription page or by contacting support. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

7. Matching & Leads

SportBuilds matches projects to contractors based on the project's state and the contractor's listed service states. We do not guarantee any number of leads, that a contractor will be awarded a project, or that a facility owner will receive a response. Matching is provided on an "as available" basis.

8. Transactions & Disputes

Any agreement, contract, or transaction between a facility owner and a contractor is solely between those parties. SportBuilds is not a party to such agreements and is not responsible for the quality, timeliness, or legality of work performed. You resolve any disputes directly with the other party.

9. Prohibited Conduct

You will not:

• Submit false or misleading project information.
• Impersonate another person or company, or misrepresent your qualifications.
• Scrape, harvest, or export lead or contact data for use outside the Service.
• Interfere with the Service's operation or attempt to access it through unauthorized means.

10. Content & Accuracy

You are responsible for the accuracy of all information you submit. SportBuilds may remove or hide listings or projects that are inaccurate, misleading, or violate these Terms, but has no obligation to verify user-submitted content.

11. No Warranty

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that leads will result in contracts.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SportBuilds shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, or from any interaction between facility owners and contractors introduced through the Service.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct we determine is harmful to other users or the Service. You may stop using the Service at any time; contractors may cancel their membership per Section 6.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page with a revised "last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
